Enjoying More Sea Days

We love cruising and experiencing new ports of call. However, we also love the relaxing sea days.  Yesterday and today have given us a chance to kick back and enjoy a book or the great sunshine and pool. Humidity  seems to have lessened or I am just getting use to this tropical climate. John hopes to finish his third book today while I enjoy  the rays of the sun and the chance to chat with more Australians. Presently we are sailing between land and the Great Barrier Reef.

Yesterday we were invited to the Captain's Luncheon. We have traveled about 480 days which made us the 7th most travelled passengers. We sat at a table that was one away from the Captain's table. The second Captain hosted our table of English, Australian, and Canadian guests. We were the only Americans at the table.

Reading the menu and the description of the food was beautifully described. However the presentation of the food was unbelievable!  The pictures don't do it justice.  The taste of the food that I ate was simply delicious!

The rest of the day was spent by the pool.

We returned to the casino once again in the evening to have another play. Now that all of our "funds" are depleted from our account we will not be returning until Sunday when the new cruise begins and our "funds" will return. We spent the rest of the evening learning a new game....Deal  Monopoly.  Tonight we  have two performances to attend and then it will be early to bed. Tomorrow we swim in the Great Barrier Reef!,
